Fira de Barcelona has two large exhibition centres which rank among the most important in Europe: Montjuïc stands out for its emblematic nature and Gran Via for technological development, logistic services and the avant-garde design of the Japanese architect Toyo Ito.
The Montjuïc exhibition centre has 8 halls which provide an exhibition floor space of 115,000 m² plus 50,000 m² outdoors. Gran Via also has 8 pavilions giving 240,000 m² of exhibition floor space. Fira de Barcelona venues total is 405,000 m².
Both exhibition centres have the most advanced infrastructures and a wide range of services. They also have two large venues specifically designed for congress activity: the Palau de Congressos of Barcelona and the Convention Centre in Gran Via.
